Malcolm Lange, one part of Team Medscheme won the 109km 2010 Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour today.
Christoff van Heerden finished second with Daryl Impey finishing third.
Newsflash News Agency reports that seven-time Tour de France winner, Lance Armstrong, who was riding in support of his Radioshack team-mate, Impey, finished ninth.
The top three women to finish the race were Anriette Schoeman, Robyn de Groot and Katherine Williamson.
