A Potchefstroom farmer is in a critical condition after being shot at with a shotgun as he slept.
Upon arrival of police and paramedics , they found the man with multiple wounds to his back.
The victim’s father, who was also asleep, was left unscathed.
It is not known how many perpetrators entered the house.
