President Jacob Zuma is expected to visit France on Wednesday and Thursday.
The visit is to try and enhance cooperation on education, health, rural development, the fight against crime and creating jobs.
The visit was made possible by the French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
The President will be accompanied by International Relations and Cooperation Minister, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, Trade and Industry Minister Rob Davies, Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan, Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa and Energy Minister Dipuo Peters.
