The Congress of the People has welcomed that Labour Court ruling against Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande.
Cope accuses Nzimande of preying the training institutions, Setas, which are supposed to be training under-skilled workers.
Nzimande is also being accused of attempting to place people like ANC secretary general Gwede Mantashe’s wife into lucrative positions.
The Labour Court has ordered Nzimande to go back and consult about the Setas properly.
