Gauteng police say two women were assaulted and raped during a house robbery in Crystal Park, Benoni, in the early hours of this morning.
Three men apparently broke into their house by breaking a door down at about three o’clock.
A 41-year-old woman and her 24 and 16-year-old daughters, were asleep at the time.
The men raped and assaulted the mother when she could not produce any money.
Her 24-year-old daughter was also sexually assaulted.
The 16-year-old was not physically harmed.
