About a hundred activists for equal education last night staged a 72-hour sleep-in outside Parliament.
The advocacy group is calling on Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga to adopt the Minimum Norms and Standards for School Infrastructure to ensure that all schools receive the same amount of resources.
The group’s, Brad Brockman says they will continue to stage sleep-ins outside Parliament until the Minister finalises these regulations.
