Western Cape police are investigating a triple murder that occurred in Phillipi East on Monday morning.

‘’At approximately
06:30, a 30-year-old male and two others believed to be in their twenties were
shot and fatally wounded on the corner of Sheffield and Nondlwana Roads. The
circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation, and no arrests
have been made at this stage. The motive for the attack is yet to be
determined,’’ said SAPS in a statement.
Philippi East SAPS has
registered three counts of murder for further investigation.
