Zuma pinpoints his so-called enemies
Jacob Zuma has testified in his rape trial in the Johannesburg High Court that the former National Prosecuting Authority head Bulelani Ngcuka and Intelligence Minister Ronnie Kasrils are part of an anti-Zuma group. Zuma has taken the stand in his own defence and is testifying in Zulu, denying a charge of rape. Zuma says it is no secret that Ngcuka is against him and sites as proof a meeting Ngcuka had called with some newspaper editors to ask them to support his action to prevent Zuma becoming president. Eyewitness News reports that Zuma has also testified that he has been treated unfavourably by the media.
