An young woman from the Riet Fontein in the Southern Cape is expected to appear in the Calitzdorp Magistrates Court for murder.
The 18-year-old woman was arrested on June, 11 after allegedly stabbing a 31-year-old man.
It is alleged that the woman stabbed Gert Meiring to death after an argument arose between the two.
Police Captain, Malcolm Pojie said "an autopsy will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death".
