Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has criticised President Jacob Zuma for what he called a “dubious administrative act” in clearing his name in a controversial arms deal.
Tutu made the remarks while delivering his annual lecture at the University of the Western Cape. Tutu says Zuma’s relationship with convicted fraudster Schabir Shaik is also a concern.
This, after the allegedly terminally ill Shaik, who has been out of prison on medical parole for the last two-years, was recently seen enjoying a round of golf in Durban.
