The Social Justice Coalition will hold a protest outside parliament today to call on the National Prosecuting Authority to investigate national police commissioner Bheki Cele and Public Works Minister Gwen Mahlangu-Nkabinde.
This follows the Public Protector’s report that found Cele and Mahlangu-Nkabinde guilty of improper conduct relating to the leasing of the police headquarters in Pretoria.
The coalition also demands an investigation into the raid on the offices of the Public Protector.
The protest will take place between 12 and 2 o’ clock.
