Two elderly woman, aged 75 and 91, were attacked at their home on Sunday night.
The two victims had been sleeping when the two assailants
entered into their home through the window. The suspects demanded then
proceeded to rape them, however one of the victim was able to escape a
neighbours homestead. According to police's Tembinkosi Kinana by the time authorities
arrived the 91 had died
The two suspects were taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon in
a neighbouring village. The police, said they are still investigating the
motive for this particular incident. The arrested suspects will be brought to
court in Tsomo on Thursday and will remain I custody in the meantime.
