Eastern Cape police arrest woman for murder

 A 29-year-old Eastern Cape woman has been arrested for the murder of her fiancé. According to the Eastern Cape authorities the incident took place after the couple allegedly became involved in a heated argument which turned physical.

The now deceased man allegedly attacked the woman, who in turn lunged at him with a knife leading to fatal injuries. The 34-year-old man was later taken to a local clinic for his wounds, where he died from injury. The woman was arrested on a murder charge. She is expected to appear in the Motherwell magistrate court on Monday.
