Iranian president shuns Israel again

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says he is willing to hold talks about the deepening international standoff surrounding his country's nuclear program with anyone except Israel and countries that hold, as he put it, bombs over their heads. The Jerusalem Post reports that Ahmadinejad said he had cooperated fully with the UN nuclear agency and insisted there was no reason to be nervous about his nuclear ambitions, as he won support from fellow Muslim leaders for his contested uranium enrichment program. He held talks with leaders from Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt and Bangladesh over the weekend.
