Three men from Khayelitsha died after drinking what they thought is alcohol on Saturday.
The deceased drank five litres of alleged poison, thinking its brandy.
It is alleged that a 32 year old security guard brought the drink from his working place, which manufactures alcohol.
Two of the men reportedly went blind before they died.
One victim died on Monday evening at his home after vomiting a foam substance that smelled of brandy.
While the second victim who complained of high temperature and loosing sight died on the way to Site B Day Hospital.
The third victim, who bought the drink complained of a headache on Sunday morning, was also taken to hospital where he later died.
