The Young Communist League has congratulated the youth registering to vote

The South African Communist Party youth movement the Young Communist League has expressed its satisfaction by the youth turnout in the registration for voting over the weekend.

There were about 1.6 million new voters of which 77 percent of them were young people.

Young Communist Leader Castro Ngobese says that the youth of South Africa are prepared to safeguard their democracy.

“By this huge vote registration turnout must be located and understood that the youth are really interested in the political developments of our country”
