Two Golden Arrow buses have collided in the Victoria main road outside of Bush Radio. It is believed that the first bus stopped in the middle of the road forcing to second one to do an emergency stop causing the collision.

Passengers in the Nyanga to Cape Town bus sustained head injuries as their bus drove into the other.
Bush Radio presenters, Victor Jantjies (Breakfast Show) calms passenger Xolila Ngdle, while Law on Call producer; Odette Ismail assists.
Nomalizo Qolo from Nyanga says she does not think the bus was speeding. “He was driving normal behind the other bus and then the next minute we saw he bumped into the other bus.”

“You can see from how the bus looks that we all got hurt hitting our heads, some people are even bleeding,” says Princess Booi who hit the side of her head against the window.
Emergency services arrived at the scene and transported the injured to Woodstock Day Hospital.
It is alleged the driver of the first bus was told to drive to the city centre. It is unknown by who. Another Golden Arrow bus driver who arrived at the scene told Bush Radio that one of the passengers in the first bus was unable to walk.

The driver of the Nyanga bus says he is unable to comment without the permission of the Golden Arrow officials who told Bush Radio that they are unaware of the accident.

Rear-ended: damage to the bus
