Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu joined the protestors on the streets of Copenhagen.

Tutu made a strong call to the rich countries to assist vulnerable poor nations with finances to help them adapt to climate change consequences.

He warned rich nations that they would not escape the effects of global warming, saying we will all sink of swim together.

Meanwhile, the BBC reports that ministers have started arriving to join other delegates at the UN summit which runs for another week.
