Developing nations make their voices heard about climate change

Four major developing nations including South Africa, have presented a joint climate proposal ahead of a United Nation Conference on global warming.
The document by China, India, Brazil and South Africa represents different positions compared to a separate outline for the global climate talks by Denmark, which will host the conference later this month.
The document was presented at a preparatory meeting between negotiators in Copenhagen on Tuesday.
