MEC Gerrit congratulates the Kirstenbosch team

Western Cape agriculture and rural development MEC Gerrit van Rensburg has congratulated the Kirstenbosch team for winning yet another gold medal at the annual Chelsea Flower Show in London.
This year’s theme was “Gateways - a Botanical Journey”.
The exhibit takes the viewers on a journey through South Africa, giving them an idea of what to expect on a visit.
Van Rensburg adds that South Africa’s continual gold medal performance at the international show means a lot for the local flower industry and job creation.
