A 48 year old woman was fatally wounded in Philippi, while she was standing on the pavement.
Captain Ntomboxolo Sitshitshi said the woman was shot by three men who got out of the taxi and fired a shot at her head.
After the woman, the three men went back to a taxi, but the two managed to escape, the other one was caught by community members “who assaulted him; he also passed away on the scene”
“We are investigating a double murder case”
