A passer-by allegedly stumbled across the body of a woman in the bushes, at the Clift at eMaxhegweni, Peddie. Eastern Cape police were dispatched on scene on Monday at about 9am were they found the deceased a 31 year old Nosikhumbuzo Ntlontlo, found with multiple hacking injuries.
As
the police was doing further invetigations, Ntlontlo's husband, Vukani Mazana,
39, was found hanging at the couple's home in Lujiko Location.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana said," The circumstances surrounding the incident are currently under investigation. However, police have opened a case of murder and an Inquest docket for further investigation" .
