Suspect sought for allegedly defrauding female victims via online dating scams

The Hawks in the Western Cape are requesting the public’s help in finding a man who is wanted for alleged fraud, perjury and identity theft.

According to the Hawks, Innocent Aleokhai Abinokhauno allegedly defrauded female victims via online dating scams, and thereafter failed to appear before court.

‘’He is also on trial and facing charges of fraud and contravening Sec (4) of POCA 121 of 1998 (Money Laundering). A warrant has been authorised for his arrest,’’ said Warrant Officer Zinzi Hani, Hawks Western Cape spokesperson.

Anyone with information or the whereabouts of Innocent Aleokhai Abinokhauno is requested to contact the Investigating officer Colonel De Wee on 082 463 3696.
