Mayoral Committee Member for Utility Services, Councillor Clive Justus, has officially opened the Athlone Refuse Transfer Station’s Educational Resource Centre in Athlone.
Lesle Brown from the City of Cape Town said the visit to the ARTS is recommended for learners from Grade 4 and up and all school groups must be under adult supervision.
