As VIP guest start to arrive at parliament, members of the South African Police Service are making sure that everyone is getting into the building without any problems.
As VIP members arrive pictures are being taken and dancers are filling the courtyard. He says that there have been no signs of any protesters but police are keeping a look out for anyone who is not conducting themselves in the proper manner. says Mandisi Tyulu one of Bush Radio’s reporters.
