Premier Helen Zille will deliver her third State of the Province address for the Western Cape today.
The Congress of South African Trade Unions in the Western Cape says it wants Zille to address the needs of the majority in her speech.
Cosatu’s Tony Erenreich says he hopes Zille will avoid clinging to the weaknesses of the African National Congress in her address.
Instead he wants the Premier to focus on tackling the problems her own party faces in the Cape.
