Western Cape MEC of Community Safety Dan Plato has condemned the murder of another police officer in the province.
This is after the body of the officer was
found next to his police vehicle in Culemborg Street , Worcester
MEC Plato said yet another brave officer
who has chosen to protect our communities has been killed and this crime cannot
go unpunished.
Ministerial Spokesperson Ewald Botha said
MEC Plato has called on the community to assist the police in their
investigation and to ensure that those responsible for such a heinous crime are
identified and ultimately arrested.
