North West Police seize live ammunition in Boitekong

Two suspects aged 19 and 28-years-old were arrested in Boitekong for being in possession of eight rounds of live ammunition.

Colonel said this arrest will help police in its efforts to curb the proliferation of dangerous weapons in the Platinum Belt.

Hagwani Mulaudzi said upon searching the identified premises, Police recovered eight rounds of live ammunition

A 19 year old and 28-year-old man was arrested.Both men are due to appear in court facing charges of illegal possession of live ammunition.

“Police investigation into this matter continues Mulaudzi added.
