A three-year old boy dies after an unstable wall fell on top of him in Delftre he was playing.
Adnaan Stemmet was playing with his sister at a friend’s house in Afram Street, Delft.
His 12year old sister Tasneem said she lifted him onto the wall and when he fell the bricks fell on top of him.
She immediately called for help and was in a very critical condition.
Adnaan was still alive when he was taken to the Delft Day Hospital where he died.
Delft Police Spokesperson Captain Joe Wilson said he sustained head and chest injuries.
An inquest docket had been opened.
