Former national police commissioner Jackie Selebi appeared in the South Gauteng High Court today to appeal his conviction.
The former national police commissioner was found guilty of receiving money from Agliotti and he was sentenced to fifteen years in jail in July this year.
In the South Gauteng High Court today Judge Meyer Joffee said Selebi may only appeal the question of whether he received payments from convicted drug trafficker Glenn Agliotti.
Jackie Selebi bail has been extended and his bid will be heard by the Supreme Court of Appeal.
