The 15-year-old accused in the murder case of right wing Afrikaans leader Eugene Terre’Blanche, will appear before the Ventersdorp Magistrate’s court today.
The boy is believed to have beaten Terre-Blanche to death together with co-accused Chris Mahlangu.
The incident took place on Terre’Blanche’s farm in the North West in April this year.
The court will hear from the boy if his living conditions are satisfactory, in compliance with the Child Justice Act.
