A 40-year-old foreign national was
arrested in Maitland for being in possession of stolen property and dealing in
drugs.
The Cluster Prevention Unit together
with the Metro Police Narcotics Task Team followed up on information about a
drug house in Amsterdam Road Brooklyn .
When police searched the house they
found drugs worth R500 000.
The suspect is expected to appear in
the Cape Town Magistrate Court
Captain FC van Wyk said the drugs
found comprise of tik,ccocaine and they confiscated R 24 200 in cash and some
valuable items that work around R 200 000.
