The African National Congress Western Cape Leader Marius Fransman has rejected allegations of being part of cash for vote’s scandal.

A local newspaper reported on Sunday that Fransman promised to pay coloured people for their votes including the minstrel troupes of which he has denied.

Fransman said the false allegations are unfounded allegations by dubious sources. What is important here to understand is that there are those that are hell bent in destroying the ANC in the Western Cape.

ANC’s Marius Fransman said these people are very angry that we had a successful January 8th celebration and they are angry that the provincial leadership has not yet been dissolved.

“Now we know that there are elements even within our organisation as we move towards the ANC provincial conference that are trying to attack with these types of stories the integrity of us as leadership” Fransman added.
