Many ANC supporters had spent the night outside the Nelson Mandela
Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth ahead of the ruling party's launch of its 2016
local government manifesto today, according to a spokesperson.

supporters dressed in the black, green and gold of the party faithful have been
