It has been speculated that Former Defence Minister and ANC Chairperson, Mosuia Lekota's expected to formally announce the creation of a new political party this morning.
Apparently Lekota is scheduled to make what he calls "an important political announcement" nationally at this hour.
It has been that Lekota will be leading an anticipated splinter movement from the ANC.
