Gugulethu police arrested two males aged between 18 and 19 on charges of murder.
The two are suspected of the brutal stabbing of two biological brothers at their Kwa Khiki home in Gugulethu.
It is alleged that the two attackers arrived at the scene immediately attacked the two after a misunderstanding and “it is not clear what was the reason for the attack” said Captain Elliot Sinyangana .
The two brothers were stabbed fatally and the attackers fled the scene on foot and were located in an area called Wood Baai in Philippi.
The two were arrested with their murder weapons.
Captain Elliot Sinyangana says the two will appear in the Athlone Magistrate court on Monday January 5.
