Reports say magistrate Hafisa
Mohamed was absent for the bail application for one of the men accused for the rape and murder
of Franziska Blochliger in Tokai Forest in March this year.
This led to the postponement
of the bail application.
The accused then appeared before
magistrate Goolam Bowa, who scheduled the bail application for
December 6.
