Three men gunned down in Mfuleni

Western Cape police are yet to make arrests after three men were gunned down in Mfuleni on Tuesday.



The police’s Andrè Traut said the trio, aged 29,30, and 44, were sitting in their vehicle at Fountain Heads in New Beginnings, Mfuleni, when six men approached the vehicle and opened fire on them.

‘’The suspects fled in a Toyota Avanza and are yet to be apprehended.  Any person who can shed light on the circumstances of the incident is kindly requested to contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111, or use the My SAPS mobile application to relay the information,’’ said Colonel Andrè Traut.

Traut added that the motive for the murders is unknown at this stage.
