A Cape Argus photographer was arrested and spent the day behind bars, for taking pictures of a police raid at a tavern in Delft South at the weekend.
Mlandeli Puzi was arrested Saturday night after he took pictures of a police raid of a tavern called the White House.
“He appeared today on a charge of obstructing police in performing their duty as well as resisting arrest.
“Police attended to a public violence scene, during our operation in dealing with the matter, the arrest of the photographer was effected,” says Superintendent Billy Jones.
The court case in on today and their investigation into that regard continues.
