The State has applied for a postponement in the crimen injuria case of the Reitz Four in Bloemfontein today.
The four men face charges for allegedly making black cleaning staff eat food that they urinated.
They videotaped the mock initiation ceremony and circulated it around campus.
It has been reported that the Prosecution asked the Bloemfontein Regional Court to postpone the matter to consider representations made by the defence which was received earlier this month.
Meanwhile members of the ANC and Cosatu staged a picket outside the court.
