Walter Sisulu University residence offer suspended

The Eastern Cape’s Walter Sisulu University suspended a residence officer after allegedly ordering two students to strip and parade naked in front of fellow hostel residents.
Sisanda Mfundisi had allegedly stolen a cellphone.
University management said it is shocked and embarrassed by the alleged action by Mfundisi at the Zamukulungisa Heights residence in Mthatha.
The accused told the student whose cellphone went missing to attack the two with a snooker cue, before assaulting them himself.
