Murder-accused British businessman, Shrien Dewani, has reportedly lost a significant amount of weight due to stress.
Dewani stands accused of orchestrating his wife’s murder in South Africa last year.
Dewani was reportedly diagnosed with acute stress disorder last week when he failed to attend an extradition hearing in England.
South African authorities are pushing to get the Bristol businessman back to Cape Town.
Dewani was named the fourth suspect in a plea bargain by taxi driver Zola Tongo, who was sentenced 18 years in jail for his involvement in the murder.
