Residents of an informal settlement in Cape
Town says they’re not looking forward to the upcoming local government
elections as they believe it’ll bring no change.
The settlement, which has been named
Democracy, is home to hundreds of residents who live in filth.
Situated
just a few kilometres from luxury homes that make up Century City, is Democracy
informal settlement.
