New Avian Park Library to be officially opened by Minister Marais

Western Cape MEC of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais, will officialy open the new Avain Park Library in Worcester.

Spokesperson for MEC Marais, Stacy Mclean explains:

“The opening of the library is of personal significance to Minister Marais as it was the first sod turning she officiated as the Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport on 6 May 2015.

In just over a year, the Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport has delivered on their promise to the Avian Park community by officially opening the doors of this world-class library.”
