The young women who went missing 12 days ago is still missing. Kerry Winter was reported missing after neighbours saw her being assaulted and shoved into a car. Winter’s family was told that their daughter was in Dubai.
Foreign Affairs Minster Ronny Mamoepa says that the “South African Consulate- General in Dubai is in contact with the with Dubai foreign ministry and local police following the disappearance of a South African citizen.”
Mamoepa says that “in this regard the Consulate- General is in touch with and rendering assistance to members of the family since the Consulate- General was approached on the matter
