Elsies River police arrested two males and two females at 12th Avenue Leonsdale in Elsiesriver this morning for being in possession of tik.
The accused were arrested in possession of five packets of Tik, 20 Tik lollies, a vacuum sealer used to package tik, three number 7 gas cylinders used to fabricate tik, a small gas canister, one blue tog-bag and a gas refill.
Captain Jordan of Esiesriver says due to the close working relationship between the community and police this tik fabricating location could be shut down.
“The community has stood up to the resent spurt of violence that saw Leonsdale residents mourn three murders in a short period of time,” said Captain Jordan.
Two suspect male aged 41 and 48 respectively and two females aged 64 and 47 will appear in the Goodwood Magistrate’s court tomorrow on charges of possession of tik.
