The Pan Africanist Congress celebrates its 48th Anniversary in Bellville, in Cape Town today.
PAC members were expected to plan on how the party would be strengthened at all levels in the province.
Bennett Joko, the provincial secretary told the SABC that the party intends to inform their members about plans for this year.
PAC president Letlapa Mphahlele at a media conference said the party had fallen short of expectations in recent years.
Western Cape leader Achmat Cassiem is expected to address the members at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Bellville.
