Lusanda Bill

ANC Youth League President Julius Malema has been asked to pay a R50 000 fine by Monday, or the police will have to seize R50 000 worth of his possessions.
This is because of a ruling made by the Equality Court earlier in the year.
The court found him guilty of hate speech and harassment relating to comments he made last year about the Jacob Zuma rape case.
Julius Malema told students in Cape Town that the woman who claimed President Zuma raped her enjoyed her time with him because she stayed for breakfast and asked for taxi money.
Malema has stated that he has appealed to the Equality Court and is waiting for an outcome.
