There has been no arrest for the attempted murder of University Fort Hare employee

The Eastern Cape police say that no arrest has been made for the attempted murder of UFH employee. The employee was found by his colleagues tied in his flat on Wednesday, when they went to check in on him after he did not pitch for work.

Luckily the man was unharmed but a case of attempted murder was opened. This incident happened after a vice chancellor’s bodyguard, Mboneli Vesele was killed, However the police say these two incidents are not linked.

The circumstances around this attempted murder are still not known yet and the police are asking for help with any information that may help this investigation.
