The drive that works for the City of Cape Town who was involved in a crash that resulted in the death of a three year old boy from Nyanga is back at work.
Charles Cooper from the City of Cape Town said the driver is reported to be working on other duties.
The 41 year old man was charged with culpable homicide and driving appeared in court on Monday.
“We are employing him on another position at the moment he is not on the trucks”, confirmed Cooper.
Cooper added that they were still finalising their own internal investigation and then decide if there is any further action that needs to be taken.
“We can’t say anything more at this stage”
